Return/Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and skincare products. Please note that we do not accept returns; all sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we are happy to offer exchanges for clothing items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Exchanges:
At the moment, we only accept exchanges for clothing items purchased within Tanzania. If you are located in Tanzania and would like to exchange your item, please contact us within one week of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Global Orders:
Unfortunately, due to logistics and international shipping policies, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for orders outside of Dar es Salaam at this time.
